國營事業3.4萬人搶…高考只有1817人 公務員優勢消失

高考一、二級9月30日、10月1日舉行，但只有1817人報名，比去年的3366人、前年的2528人都少，之前的高考三級跟普考報名人數，也是9年來最低，考選部也表示「應該是少子化跟景氣好的關係」；但對照國營事業的人數成長，顯然大家是對公務員體系的問題、年改不敢信任，才轉向其他工作。
高考一、二級分別限定必須是博、碩士才能報考，也是國家考試的最高階，凡是考取的人皆從儲備幹部開始做起，薪資也是5萬元起跳，但每年開缺都少，今年更只有62人，比去年的135人大減快一半，報名人數也隨之減少；考選部統計，錄取率應該會落在3.42%左右，比國營事業的預估錄取率3.3%略高。
另外，之前高考三級跟普考時，有考生抱怨冷氣不冷、影響心情，導致「考不好」，考選部表示，今年試場全面使用冷氣教室，但室溫將統一設定為攝氏26~28度；如果考試期間冷氣故障，會開門窗及開電風扇因應，「應考人不得要求加分或延長考試時間」。
